By purchasing from Roc by Luna Jewelry, the Customer agrees that the use of Roc by Luna Jewelry is entirely at the customer’s own risk. Our products are crafted with quality materials that may contain small parts that could pose a potential choking hazard. Jewelry should always be removed during sleep, never be placed in the mouth, and should be placed out of the reach of children or those who are likely to ingest the jewelry or its materials and components. Never leave young children unattended with our products.
Product Color Disclaimer
We have made every effort to accurately display the products featured on RocbyLuna.com. However, the colors we use and the variations of screen color calibration may affect the colors visible to you on said screens. The images on the website might differ from the products you receive due to photo editing, and/or lighting. We do not guarantee that what you see accurately portrays the color of each item. Jewelry Warranty
All jewelry components for all products are under warranty for 30 days from the date of purchase. Each piece is tested for strength and durability, but as all jewelry goes, with wear, tear and carelessness, the jewelry is prone to break.
Please note that Roc by Luna LLC is not responsible for damaged items due to normal wear and tear. To preserve the quality of our products, avoid exposure to liquids, oils, sunscreen and lotions. Additionally, NO jewelry should be worn in chlorinated swimming pools. Pool chemicals are very harsh and they will destroy your jewelry.
Roc by Luna LLC’s faults do not include:
- Chipped, cracked or broken gemstones and inclusions.
- Broken chains.
- Loss of jewelry.
- General wear and tear including jewelry that has bent out of shape or oxidized (tarnished) due to improper care.
