Order Processing

Orders:

We have a 2-4 day order processing time, normally. During some holidays that processing time might be extended due to increased orders. We appreciate your understanding during those times. 

Orders placed after 12 pm EST are treated as if they came in the next business day.

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Customers are responsible for paying sales tax when applicable.

We MAY be able to change your address if you email us at admin@rocbyluna.com within 24 hours of placing your order. If you message us after, we may be able to change it, but it is not guaranteed as it may have already been shipped out. 

Taxes and Duties:

Any applicable international taxes and duties are not included in the checkout total and are the customer’s sole responsibility to settle with the appropriate customs agency in the destination country.
